  • During our first meeting I will take you through your own personal fitness assessment
  • Based on your assessment and on your goals I will design a fitness program and routine suited to you and your needs
  • I provide the training tools, motivation and guidance throughout our training time together as well as my support for as long as you need it
  • We will chart your progress along the way as with you are reaching your goals

Group Fitness

What to Expect:

  • Based on groups of two or more I will run you through a boot camp style fitness circuit
  • Fitness training with partner work to make it more fun and challenging
  • Training can be done in office or outside
  • Support and motivation is provided as a group as well as one on one to make sure everyone’s needs and goals are being meet.
  • I offer my support for as long as you need it
  • During weekly and monthly boot camps we will chart everyone’s progress along the way promoting accountability and reaching goals
  • Corporate fitness challenges and team building skills


Different training techniques include:

High Interval Training, Core Conditioning, Strength and Flexibility Training, Boot Camps, Group Fitness, Team Building, Body Resistance Training, Aqua Water Fitness, Endurance Fitness, Snowshoeing, Outdoor Element Training, Tabatta and Circuit Training.
